Just did 3 raids in a row with insanity invocation turned on. (and died every time due to server lag.) For the uninformed, during P3 Warden when skulls spawn, you have to make fast consecutive clicks (ex. 7 clicks in 7 ticks to kill all 7 skulls in this case), and if the server 'lags' during even 1 of those ticks you're instantly dead.
